Why we built it

Most franchisors we spoke to were running their entire recruitment process across three or four tools — a generic CRM that didn't understand territories, a spreadsheet for FDD tracking, an inbox for FAQs, and a paper diary for follow-ups. The result was predictable: leads went cold, validation calls slipped, and good prospects walked away because nobody followed up in time.

We started Franscale because franchise recruitment isn't the same as B2B sales. The pipeline is longer. The qualification depth is higher. Territories matter. Compliance matters. The cost of recruiting the wrong franchisee is far greater than losing a sale. None of the off-the-shelf CRMs were built around any of that — so we built one that was.
