Starter is the full Franscale product. Same pipeline, same scoring, same reports. Enterprise adds custom integrations (Meta, Google, LinkedIn lead ads), single sign-on with Google or Microsoft, multi-brand support so you can run multiple concepts from one console, and white-glove onboarding with a named account manager.

Can I import data from my existing CRM?
Yes. CSV import is included on Starter — works for HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or any spreadsheet you have. Enterprise includes white-glove migration: we'll do the import for you and map your stages, fields and notes.
Where is the data hosted? What about GDPR?
UK-hosted. Always. Encrypted at rest and in transit. GDPR-compliant by design — Article 15 export is one click, Article 17 erasure cascades through every linked record with a PII-free audit reference. We can sign a DPA and complete a security questionnaire on Enterprise.
Can I customise the lead scoring?
Yes. All six dimension weights are tunable from the admin UI, as are the Hot/Warm/Cold thresholds. After you change them, a single button bulk-rescores your existing leads. No code edits, no support tickets.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You get a full export of every lead, pipeline state, email and note — as JSON or CSV. We retain nothing once you confirm cancellation. Your data is yours.
Can I run multiple franchise brands on one account?
Yes — that's what Enterprise multi-brand support is for. You get one login, separate workspaces per concept, and consolidated reporting across the group.
